Guileless Immigrations provides immigration consulting services. We are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

3. Professional Relationship

A professional relationship is established only after:

• Initial consultation
• Signed retainer agreement
• Payment of initial fees

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in your retainer agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in the retainer agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Responding to requests in a timely manner
• Following advice and instructions
• Making timely payments

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for success in all applications, we cannot guarantee approval by immigration authorities. We are not liable for decisions made by government officials.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice, subject to the terms of the retainer agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
